Buena limpieza los trabajadores muy atento a las necesidades del huéspedes la playa si súper mala con mucho salgaso y no limpiaban el desayuno bastante surtido en general todo los que era comida muy bien elevarada poco caliente .

Beautiful resort! They went beyond for the kids…so many fun kid activities. Waterpark and lagoon was a blast…made up for the lack of beach. Only recommendation is make dinner reservations before you arrive at the resort otherwise you may have a hard time getting in. My family had a very nice time…I will definitely be back!

Had two rooms. One for my wife and I and the other for my teenage kids. We were told the rooms were going to be right next to each other and they weren’t. They were on each side of the resort. Never had towels in our rooms, not at restaurants and bars were open. Pools closed early. Everywhere in the resort minus our room was very hot. They catered more for their infinity clients. Will not be going back
