Joana was great at check in and booked a wine tasting for us. Everyone was so wonderful!

Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico five times in the last 18 months. The staff is especially friendly and accommodating. Antonio in particular always greets you with a warm smile and an interesting fact about the island. His quick wit is a plus too! I will always stay at the Grand Hotel.

Wonderful place! The ming size bed was nice and to US standards. The location is great. And most importanly the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating!

Very comfortable hotel with beautiful manicured grounds. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast buffet was superb. Only problem was a lack of local restaurants in easy walking distance, encouraging visitors to visit the resort restaurants which were mediocre and expensive.

Beautiful property in a very walkable part of Porto. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were so friendly. We did a mother daughter trip and loved being able to sit on the balcony off our room or at the rooftop bar and enjoy some wine and the sunset in the evening.

A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either. We stayed a quick 3 days and had a blast. Everyone was super friendly and inviting, breakfast was awesome, quick walk to the beach and a number of great restaurants, plus we were super excited for one of the better small hotel gyms we've been in - if your hotel has barbells and weights over 20kg, they're doing something right :) We'll certainly be recommending Lagos Atlantic to others and will hopefully be back in the future for more than just a few days!

Andre at reception started us off with great hospitality and friendliness and had suggestions for several activities. The room was superb as was the hot springs pool. The hotel had the nicest indoor pool I've seen anywhere. The whole experience was very memorable

This is a wonderful, well presented property. Mix or modern with nature. Top class service, staff and amenities. A truly relaxing and pleasant experience!

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice mini bar supplies, close to everything. Great advice for food locations. Would definitely go back.

It was a nice property but a little far from the City Gates, you had to walk past a large construction site and it was a narrow walkway. The breakfast was good however, it never varied - everything was the same each and every day. I felt like the servers only were gracious when they received a tip.
