“We loved this Hotel. Staff were so friendly and professional. Location is great, 5 minute walk to main bus station and train station. 5 minute Uber from airport. Large mall and grocery store right across the street as well. Rooftop restaurant is very nice. The breakfast quality could be improved is only recommendation. ”
“객실에 들어갔더니 욕실 바닥이 세제 등으로 미끄러웠고, 변기에도 세제 거품이 남아 있었습니다. 복도와 객실 내부에도 소독약 냄새가 강하게 남아 있었고요. 또한 난방기가 고장나 추위에 떨며 잤습니다. 직원이 왔으나, 해결해줄 수 없고, 담요만 줄 수 있다는 답변만 했습니다. 왜 평점이 낮은지 알겠더군요. 리셉션 직원들도 체크인 할 때부터 귀찮은 기색이 역력했습니다. ”

조식이 포함되어 있었는데, 조식도 맛이 훌륭했고, 요거트부터 셀러드, 과일, 와인까지 메뉴도 다양했습니다.
호텔이 좀 골목 안에 있어서 큰 짐을 가지고 들어가기 불편합니다. 호텔 앞까지 택시가 가지 않고요. 체크인 하는 날은 저희가 짐을 가지고 들어갔지만, 마지막 날에 직원분이 택시가 잡히는 곳까지 짐을 옮겨줘 편하게 이동할 수 있었습니다.
두번째날 청소 후에 하구수 냄새가 좀 났는데 그거 빼곤 만족합니다.
조용하고 테라스 뷰도 포르토의 거리를 느낄 수 있어 아름다웠습니다.”
