“We really enjoyed our week stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and it was quiet. We really enjoyed the pool area. It was a convenient location. Breakfast was simple, but all we needed. There is a gas station with a food court very nearby that also has good food. We will return.”

“I ordered a room with a jet tub in the room and when I show up they check me in to a room without a jetted tub when I go to talk to them about this they tell me that there are no rooms available with a jetted tub. So I can either cancel which it was spring break so everywhere in the Dells was booked, or I could take that room. So to not take away from my vacation I stayed with the room. “The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. One woman stood in front of my door and barked orders at some other people apparently far from where...

“Clean, in a great location, nice room. My only complaint is- I don’t know what’s on the floor above room 111, if it’s apartments or more rooms or what have you.. but there was so much noise upstairs, and at late hours. It sounded like someone was playing basketball with bowling balls. We had a baby and it woke her up. I do understand that noise is expected when sharing a space but man, it seemed excessive.”

“Not a great stay. It is really run down, small rooms, yuky smell in halls, breakfast was all carbs only oranges for fruit, no cranberry juice or apple just OJ. Back door was always broken and sketchy people in the stairwell...wouldn't go back.”
