"An alarm went off at 12:30 pm from something malfunctioning nearby and took forever to shut off... The shuttle wasn't available for an early morning flight, and the restaurant on site was not very good and very expensive. The room was nice and the staff were friendly but overall I was not impressed"

"We stay 2 nights on 4/22-23. We need 2 bathrobes. We called the front desk; they said they would send the extra one in, and it never came. Forget about it."

"The room was very noisy! Elevator noise on one side and street noise from cars and trucks from the windows. We could hear planes flying overhead. The window covering didn’t prevent light from coming in on both sides. Very cheap shades that got stuck every time we tried to close them. We were woken up in the morning by a fire alarm!! It went off and continued very loudly. We had to evacuate the building before we could get fully dressed. It was cold outside. We waited for 20 minutes until 3 NYC fire department trucks came and 10 firefighters rushed in and soon found out it was a false alarm. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It’s not soundproof and very rundown. It’s across the street from storage yard for trash trucks and snow removal equipment with mountains of debris and salt for snow melting!!"
