“The host was very communicated ”

“Was very rude and the listing claimed to have kitchen in the room, no kitchen and they had a public kitchen but got rude and closed it because they did not like the smell and didn't have an extractor fan.”

“Once again, I had an excellent experience! This is always my hotel of choice whenever I visit Bogotá. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the hotel feels very safe, and it is easy to arrange reliable and secure transportation. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous! I always enjoy staying here and look forward to coming back on my next visit.”

“When I check in, receptionist didn't explain well about services that I'll get even I asked about that. Also, he didn't let that information to the other places like spa. When I went to Spa, I have to wait for looong time to check this situation. They seemed not communicated well. Disappointed. But, room condition was good.”
