The main buffet was closed which wasn’t listed, which meant you had to wait a long time for a table. There weren’t very many activities. The sports bar was run down with no bar service and no pool bar. The couple drinks I had were good. The staff was great. Room was clean.

The property is very convenient as most restaurants and shop at one level. The staff is just amazing, from the welcoming to the check out, we were absolutely happy and we felt very welcomed. We got a room with a terrace and it was spacious and with great views. The food is absolutely amazing and so many choices. We loved the convenience of the shops including a Starbucks. The bartenders were great. Oh and we loved all the activities and shows they have. This place has us at 10/10 great job, we will be back.

Amazing resort, lots of Vegeterian options.

Good place to stay and overall service was good. Food review: Buffet. it seems they have reduced food options at the buffet. A few years ago, the food was different every single day which was awesome. Now recently, the exact same food options for the whole week I was there which got pretty old fast. Brazilian steakhouse was really good change. The previous restaurant that was there was not good a few years ago so this was a nice change. Sushi spot was great. Pool review: The jacuzzi did not have any hot water running so was pretty upsetting. Room review: Nice and clean rooms, ac working good. The downside is they didn’t have the fridges stocked up with drinks. Seemed I always had to keep asking for them to stock up. Bring back water bottles or improvise water filtration machines because the water taste was very bad. Main lobby bar: Consider having the bar open later until 2 am like all other bars at riu hotels and have a good dj come play so good music. There’s not much of a party scene at this resort even though it has potential . Overall good place to stay and would recommend anyone try this place if you’re looking for a calmer resort with not much of a party scene. This is a good family friendly resort.

Ruby was great at bringing drinks in the lobby bar. I was also extremely happy with the availability of chairs at the elite club pool. I never had to wake up early to claim a chair and I really appreciate that.
