Everything was perfect except for the part when we spend a lot of time making a line for the pirate boat just for the lady to tell us that she didn’t count right and we couldn’t enjoy the ride!!!

Amazing property, great restaurants, great accommodations and amenities but the best thing about this resort is the staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable, relaxing and fun!

There is always a good time at temptation. The pool parties are fun unfortunately on this visit, we noticed a lot of the restaurants were closed. The gift shop was closed. It was as if we could not get the full experience because so many of the amenities and attractions were not open.

Nice employees. On the reciption there is Vanessa was so nice. For the activities we booked everything with marcello. And sure the concierge over there they did their job and beyond.

We were recommended to stay here by family, but unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. We stayed for 5 nights, 6 days with our two children (ages 7 and 2). Arrival: Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was friendly, which gave us hope. However, the dinner reservation process was awful. The rep was uninterested, and the only available times were after 9 PM, with some restaurants not allowing kids. Room: Very outdated, with issues throughout. The shower leaked all night, the toilet barely flushed, and the room had a strange smell, especially from the phone. The cleaners did a great job, though, and we tipped them. Pool: The pool was large but in poor condition, with falling tiles and garbage. Service was lacking, one server refused to take my order b/c they were "too busy", and another never delivered my drink, even though others got theirs. I usually tip $3-$5 per delivery, but the service just didn’t match. Events: We were never informed about events upon arrival, so we were always surprised when something was happening. Kids: The sports area needs updates, pool tables were falling apart and the foosball table was broken. The kids' pool was nice, but it was too far from our room to use much. Food: The buffet was great with awesome service and delicious desserts. The coffee machine at the cafe never worked, and the coffee wasn't good. All in all, we probably won't return. It's not a 5Star resort. Spend a little more for a nice place.
