"Me gustó bastante el área de entretenimiento del área de la piscina en especial a Beyonce y María. El hotel está lindo pero deberían de mejorar área de la limpieza, esas toallas estaban manchadas, ascensores dañados casi todos, aires no servían tenían abanicos de techo y todos apagados, mala experiencia con los restaurantes."

"We had a good stay overall. The staff was definitely the best part of the experience everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our trip. The property itself was nice and relaxing, and the pools and beach areas were enjoyable. The room was comfortable, but cleanliness and upkeep could have been better in some areas, which is why I gave 4 stars overall. Food and drinks were decent with good variety. Overall, it was a nice vacation spot and we enjoyed our time there."

"The staff are fairly friendly but overall not a good resort. The hotel is outdated and a lot of people complained that their room had no AC. Fortunately ours did, but we found a large spider in the room, heard what sounded like a homicide next door, the power went out at some point, and the food is terrible. Some of the staff were friendly but the rest were unprofessional. The bar staff hits on women and tells them to meet them in bathrooms “to kiss.” I don’t complain much, but this resort deserves the bad review. It is still an expensive vacation and it did not hold its value at all. They have zero interest in refunding you in any way for the trouble. "
