"our experience there was amazing from start to finish! We had an amazing butler named Gustavo who took care of us in any need that we ever had a request for! The pool had amazing views. I recommend strongly the preferred club worth every dollar! The food was amazing at all the restaurants as well!"

"US Travelers Beware! This resort it definitely not what's advertised in the pictures. My arrival was good because they had a special Expedia concierge service, which was good because the regular check-in line was probably 30 people long. I arrived early at check-in and booked two connecting rooms because I have 3 kids, but of course they said several hours later that it's not connecting. It happens, so I just dealt with it, and they at least tried to get something near each other which worked...

"Amazing Stay! Very quiet and felt like your own little oasis. Not a ton of kids (they were all at four seasons) food was awesome, staff was very attentive and accommodating!! Only request is more cool local brands to shop at the stores! Mayb rotations of little food amnesties that come in the rooms. Thank you so much ! I’ll be back again! Don’t miss the ceviche tostada at the pool!!!! So good"
