“Bankes arms!! First of all, I am not good at English, so I am not sure if the meaning will be conveyed well. Because of the connection with other itineraries, I could only plan the itinerary for one night at corfe castle, but it gave me regret that I was only just able to stay for one night. If I stayed for 2-3 nights, I would have added to the flavor of the trip by drinking beer or tea in the garden while looking at the wonderful view, steam train, and castle. “Beautiful place to stay and perfect for Durlston Country Park Parkrun! Lovely, comfortable little annex which they upgraded for me on arrival :) Breakfast was lovely with a huge choice and it was so nice to have decent coffee too. The staff were all so happy and friendly-nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be staying again!”

“Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay.”

“Lovely clean and tidy hotel. The rooms look refurbished and were spotless. We had the family room which was bigger than we were expecting. Two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The staff were pleasant. Parking plentiful. Breakfast (eggs, hash browns, beans, sausages, bacon etc.) was included. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Perfect for our stay.”

“Stayed for one night in budget single room. Nice white towels in bathroom with heated towel rail. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Would definitely stay there again ”

“My second time staying here. Checked in easy enough with the accommodation across the road at the lodge. The room had nice décor although the bathroom looked a little tired. I used the onsite gym facilities which did not have a lot of people in and allowed me to use the work stations and benches when I wanted to. The shower was good, the bed very comfy and breakfast across at the clubhouse restaurant was very good. A lovely place to stay.”

“The Old Mill is a lovely old building that has been well converted to a b&b. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and importantly for us, the windows are easily openable. Bere Regis is a small but well connected village, there are many places of interest within easy reach. ”

“Amazing Cabin, which was super comfy and extremely clean. A little garden with 2 seats and table . A patio doors looking onto a very pretty garden. Right near to Swanage Beach which was perfect. Fully recommend. ”
