Queenstown Harbor Golf Tours

The hotel itself is nice. However, the staff was insufferable at times. On the second day, the cleaning staff disregarded our room cleaning request that was placed outside on the door. On the next day, I personally asked the cleaning guy and lady (when they was on my floor to service my room) and a couple minutes later they completely vanished from our floor… I spoke to the guy at the front desk questioning why the room hasn’t been serviced in 2 days, and he was trying to question whether we placed the request on the door… I let him know that I did not appreciate his and the cleaning staff’s hospitality!
