"the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? "

"My first time on a hotel condo, after driving 6 hours, guard at front desk unaware of voucher, called the number given and she talked to him and agreed. Then guard wont allow us to park outside open parking and threatened us of being towed. Yet many are parked overnight. Bed mattress and bedsheets stained overused I had to borrow from relatives nearby even pillow case. The only positive is view is panoramic."

"I like that the market is a walking distance from the property and stores are nearby. I didn’t like that only 2 elevators are available for the floor I’m staying. It takes long wait for the elevator to come each time I use it and being in the 18th floor, if I was in the lower floors,using stairs could be faster. 1 elevator was not in order for 3-4 days. There are 42 floors with only 2-3 elevators???available. Total elevators only 4 for 42 floor building, seems like poor planning "
