"Overall, the service met the high standards expected of the hotel's reputation. In particular, the staff's attitude was exceptionally professional, and helped me to start a pleasant day every morning. However, the toilet in the room was quite outdated, and I strongly suggest it should be replaced as soon as possible. The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of options, and the foods were excellent. However, as a Korean, I was a bit disappointed as there was no Kimchi, which is already a well-known global food. Given that others nearby hotels in Makati already offer Kimchi and some other Korean menu options, I hope Shangri-La will consider taking this into account. Despite a few minor things for improvement, Shangri-La will definitely remain my top choice for my next trip to Manila."
