"I made the reservation for my elderly father to stay there for five days. He decided not to go and I spoke with the hotel and Expedia. The hotel will not give me ANY of my dads money back. The reservation was canceled in the second day. Dad tried to talk to the hotel the first night and they wouldn’t even talk to him. He was told to call Expedia. My father is elderly and does not do well with cellphones. I was willing to pay for the first night and a cancellation fee but the hotel won’t give any of his money back. At $157 a night, my dad is out a lot of money. He couldn’t come because he found out he had bed bugs and didn’t want to take the chance of taking them to the hotel."

"The hotel was fine, room was clean and breakfast was decent. Beds were OK but not queen size, I think they were full size. My complaint was that I booked Sleep Inn, and chose it over MainStay Suite (which was a lower rate) because it had higher reviews. But upon arrival I saw it is the same building for both hotels. And the room I got was clearly a MainStay suite (had a kitchenette). I think it is a bit deceiving to advertise 2 hotels at 2 different rates if it is all the same. One bonus, there is a nice walking trail behind the hotel. It is also near many restaurants and shopping."

"The staff at the hotel were nice. When you call the hotels 1-800 number with a problem with scheduling, they just brushed me off and said they can't help. That is the reason for my score. The bed was comfortable"

"Room was not ready 4.5 hours after check-in. No manager on site and no comp or discount given. Couldn't cancel either, just had to wait in the hotel lobby after traveling 2+ hours to check in. "
