“시설이 깔끔하고 방이 매우 넓음”

“Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No cigarette odors. Bathroom and shower very spacious. Breakfast included and many tasty varieties provided - love the pancake maker! Staff at front desk very helpful and kind. Went over and above when asked for specific room close to family.”

“it was clean and staff was knid. Good for business trip.”

“We booked a two queen bed room for the night of October 25th. When we arrived they put us in a king room and when we informed them that we needed two queen beds they told us that they were overbooked and the best they could do was give us a cot. We put our stuff in our room and left for a birthday party that we flew in for. When we came back later that night, we couldn't get into our room and when we talked to the front desk (which the lady was outside smoking with other patrons so we had to...

“Excellent for bisiness trip”

“The breakfast is absolutely horrible. I was so taken a back because this brand usually has an amazing breakfast. Everything was cold and or hard. Also not the service I've come to rely on for my travels.I also didn't get the room size and location that I paid extra for. The girl at FD said it was the 3rd party Expedia that I should call them. She also stated when Isis did down. The fire...

“Really clean and nice hotel. Would definitely stay again”

“청결하고 친절하고 부족한것 없이 정말 내집처럼 편안합니다. 조식도 맛있어요. 6박하고 시카고로 이동하려했는데 2박 더 추가했어요. 다운타운이나 홀랜드, 그랜드헤이븐 가기에도 좋고 주변에 쇼핑몰과 여러 마트들, 맛집이 모여있음에도 전혀 시끄럽지않아요. 위치가 정말 최고예요!!”

“Fantastic service, cleanliness, and stay overall. My only two minor critiques: the AC was capped at a minimum of 64 (honestly thats reasonable but plan for it) and the cable on the in room tv wasnt very good.”

“Hotel was a mess in photos of what looks like is false. Pool closed, elevator closed, no breakfast area. Room looked like furniture was off side of road with rips, shower was dirty and mold growing. Couldn’t find a new hotel fast enough to get out of there. Now fighting to get my money back.Wouldn’t stay here!”

“Had a lot of long term says, they acted like it was there own home.”
