“Clean but bed hard and pillows lumpy”

“Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell ”

“This was a quiet stay in an older hotel with character and charm. It was close to Branson without having to drive thru the traffic. The hotel is older, well maintained and clean. My husband and I stayed for a 2 night quick weekend trip. John at the front desk was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurants, 2 breweries, coffee shop and ice cream is all within a short walk within the block. ”

“Our stay was good! The breakfast buffet was fully stocked and clean. The food was good. This is a well kept hotel. Only complaint was our complimentary shampoos and body wash were half full and we needed to ask for more. We did not need room cleaning during our stay, so found her in the hall and she fulfilled our request. Very pleasant stay and kind personnel.”

“Beds were hard as a rock, bring a sleeping bag to lay on top of it. Everything else was decent and looked maintained. ”

“Room was clean. Beds fair but not the best we've ever had. We got to the hotel at 6pm and were informed that no rooms were clean and ready and that they would call when they were. At 8pm still had not received a call, so we wemt back to the hotel to find out they still didn't have a clean room for us to stay in. Breakfast the next morning was add to the stay due to delays with room, food was ok but not worth the $12 per person had we had to pay. Will not go back. ”

“It's an older building thats been nicely renovated. Can't do much with low ceilings though. Window units without a continuous fan option was the deal breaker. It was affordable, clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay. ”

“Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were even worse. The breakfast was very plentiful and hot and fresh. There was a group of 10 of us we were fortunate to stay in building one but 2 of the couples who were older were in building 2 on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. ”

“The hot tub was not working and the jacuzzi tub in the room didn’t have a drain plug in it. The Maintenace fixed that for us. Older property but quiet and room was nice. Bed was comfortable. ”

“We go to branson 5+ times a year and this is by far the best room we have stayed at for the price of the room. The hotel was very quite. We had 2 children under 2 year old and it was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The room was VERY clean. Hotel staff was welcoming. Breakfast was good and had a variety of different foods to choose from. The elevator made it convenient to carry luggage and two kids up to our room. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again. ”
