โTosha was at the desk when i got there , she was AMAZINGโฆ helped me out in every way , went out of her way to be nice and i had a problem with the remote to our room, she fixed it Immediately herself โฆ SUPER Good employee!! she is a asset to your hotel! you should give her a raise!!โ
โGreat stat love the staff very friendlh helpful had nice small pool outdoor facing rooms which i like. Nice 2 juice hot tea hot cofee muffins and cinnamon bun rolls prepackaged for breakfast. Reserved king smoking, called after reserved two double check King bed was available told it was drove 6 hours only to find out they can give me a king for one of the nights but they needed to have access to the room and paint it the next day so my option was that or staying in a double bed room smoking...
โIt speaks volumes when itโs been a few years since youโve stayed and the staff memeber that checked me in still remembered us. Goes to show you speak kindness everywhere you go!โ
โI am a fanatic for cleanliness, and the room was spotless. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the coffee pot in the dining area is always full! Great for those late night or early morning coffee needs. It was extremely quiet and there is a great restaurant right next door. Will definitely stay there the next time I am in that areaโ
