This hotel needs a serious update. Part of the floor in our room looked like it had been damaged by a water leak. The bed was small and uncomfortable. The shower mechanism was broken and difficult to operate. We did however, Love the breakfast that was included in our stay, really the only thing that saved this hotel from a "terrible" rating.

Central location. Restaurants, shops, attractions, etc. are all within walking distance. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast menu are good also. I'll recommend this place to friends.

Our room was larger than expected. Easy check-in. Food and drinks on site. Right in the middle of town with many walkable amenities. Room had a small kitchenette which was a nice surprise and a balcony!!! Vey pleased. Would stay again.

Clean and lovely but the staff were a little crusty and unhelpful. They expected you to know their bus systems and weren’t very helpful planning tours etc I found my own way after I didn’t feel welcome by staff to ask too many questions

The staff was super friendly and kind. They helped me book various tours throughout my stay. The hotel was super clean and it was the best stay I have ever had anywhere! Thanks Center Plaza Hotels for a wonderful experience you are awesome.

I was given a basement room where it was not possible to open the screen to see outside, so I never saw sunlight while I was in my room. There was a loud generator right outside my window that turned on and off on a regular basis. The Wi-Fi apparently did not reach to my basement room, as while I was able to occasionally connect, that connection did not last for more than a minute or so. The pictures on the website made this place look nice, but I felt as if I was being punished for doing something wrong.

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer Richtung Plaza, dort ist auch eine Disco und der Taxistand. Die Disco ist sehr laut und die Taxis veranstaltet mitten in der Nacht Hupkonzerte, dass ist schon nicht mehr lustig. Die Fenster bräuchten definitiv Schallschutz. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Staff was nice and friendly. Location was good since it was very central and also bad since it was very loud outside the whole night due to music from restaurants in the area. Also you could not fully open the window. The room was nice, although it was not the newest furniture. The breakfast was disappointing. Only one kind of sliced cheese and one kknd of sliced sausage. I hoped for more selection. Overall stay 3/5

Great location. Solid breakfast. Bed, pillows, and comforter were comfortable. Needs a bit of maintenance; shower and sink did not drain well, and shower setup meant water would spill into bathroom. Furniture is pretty bare, more similar to a hostel but plenty for me. Due to great location, it was loud in the evenings with the music from the restaurants and bars easily heard. It got very hot in the room, even with window open all day (but I had sunny side). They have lockers for your bags before and after which was nice, but they filled up quickly and then had their normal luggage storage.

Center hotel plaza worked well for us. Very short walk to parking garage and bus stops for transportation elsewhere. Over all very good.

This hotel was great! The location was amazing, right at the beginning of the perfect little downtown shopping, dining street! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and a great little hot dog stand right across the street! The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a triple room and it was huge! There is a bar and lounge in the lobby area that was super cozy. We were there for 2 weekdays and I could see where it might get loud on a weekend, however, that would be my only gripe.
