"OMG! This property was beautiful! Not far away from everything. The gentleman at the front reception (Tomaso, I think was his name) was so attentive and knowledgeable. Checked us in right away and booked our cabs for the mornings. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent as well! 10/10"

"Hotel David is an excellent option for travelers looking for a mid-priced hotel near the main sites of Florence (however across the river and a couple of blocks down from old town). It offers a nice free breakfast buffet and a very nice free happy hour every day. The rooms are nothing fancy, but are clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers parking."

"It took awhile for staff to find our reservation through Expedia, we weren’t sure if it even existed on their end.. It’s about an hour walk to the city center, but bus, bike, taxi options are available. The staff were rude when we struggled to buy smokes from the machine in reception (if you don’t have European ID, good luck!). Our porch light didn’t work in our glamp tent and it wasn’t the best quality but amenities make it worth it- shops, restaurant, pool/jacuzzi, laundry, etc., though it doesn’t seem the pool is open in early September."
