"The staff were exceptionally helpful. We had to book a stay at short notice after a flight cancellation and we were very well catered for. Free Prosecco! Great breakfast! Promptly delivered ironing board! All this great service plus a view of batch flying in front of the Palazzo Vecchio. Incredible."

"This was my second stay, and I was just as happy as the first time. It’s super convenient for the train station and airport connections, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoy the international, eco-friendly atmosphere. This time I stayed with my son, and we both had a great experience. We’d happily come back again!"

"Love this place, came back twice. Literally had all you need . The shuttle downtown is amazing, exploring with families can be chaotic this helped. The pool gets a bit crowded during peak season but still worth a visit."
