"I have stayed at the Social Hub twice and it is a clean, modern hotel within easy walking distance to the historic center and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Conveniently, there is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel that goes directly to the airport. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful."

"Staff was great! Room was nice and spacious and hotel close to the markets and restaurants !! Elevator was very small especially if you have a wheelchair which we had and barely fit! Would recommend!"

The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, the amenities were excellent, and every detail made the experience feel special. The service truly went above and beyond, and I felt valued throughout my visit. "Big and clean room. Changing towels and bed sheets everyday. We can hear the train passing by, but it's just ok. Overall it's a good place to stay. Breakfast is just ok. As well as the location very close to terminal."

"The reception staff were so lovely and friendly - I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was super helpful. Was so nice to use the plunge pool after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location and they had a fantastic buffet breakfast (including a great selection of gluten free). Highly recommend"

"This hotel was great! All new amenities, very clean and in a location ideal for access to the main train station. The pool was a highlight and, although it did get busy, we never waited long for a sun lounger. Would definitely recommend!"
