"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff went above and beyond to accomodate us and always smiled 😁. Location was within walking distance of all the main sites to see. Breakfast was great, the spa was very nice. It was all very nice!!"
"The property was clean and staff friendly. The only bummer was the reliability of the elevator, mostly just on the day we left, some of our group had to carry their luggage down 4 flights of stairs. But other than that it was a good experience."
"I loved this place! Very cool environment from the lobby settings to the rooftop pool. A walkable distance from the train station and only a 20 minute walk from Duomo. If I ever return to Florence I will definitely be staying at the Social Hub again!"
"Just there for one night but the hotel felt like an oasis! The staff were soo helpful (shout out to Julian) and the location was fabulous. Rooms were nice but tight- very pleasantly surprised to see a private garden space attached to our ground level suite though! Breakfast was wonderful- we appreciated being able to order a complimentary hot breakfast (eggs, toast, bacon). Would definitely stay here again!"
