"Check in was a great experience. Room was beautifully clean. It was the usual experience we have come to expect. However, when we checked out, admittedly early, the stairs leading from 157 to 129 were in darkness. I raised this major health and safety issue with the very nice receptionist who said that security turn them off. I find this very disturbing. I would appreciate a response as to how this is going to be rectified. Thank you. "

"Checked in late security saw me, was a proper gent. Ordered food around midnight and he brought it up to my room for the driver at the gate. "

"Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*."
