“The front to check is a smelly small little phone booth big enough for only 1 person. I was immediately greeted by a rude lady yelling at me over a full blast ring camera and a guy behind plexiglass that didn't speak English. I was told I couldn't pay for my room at this location and had to drive across town to the days in and that they were having water issues here. I told them I didn't have any business with days in and my room was with them. I again was told I had to go to the other location...

“This is a lovely hotel in many ways. Staff were great, very helpful. However, somehow it feels cold rather than warm and welcoming. A good designer might come up with ways to warm things up. My main problem was the disturbing lights at night when I was trying to sleep. The smoke alarm in the ceiling emits a flashing light that is unnoticeable in natural or artificial light but glaring in the darkness. I’m accustomed to covering up the various disturbing lights in hotel rooms, with clothing...

“I stayed at this hotel for one night for our trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The room, the bathroom and in particular the bed were clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The server in the restaurant was very kind and was making sure that every guest was enjoying the meal. On the other hand, the carpet on the room floor was actually outdated as I already read from other guests' review opinions. I always use fitness centers when I travel. The fitness center at this hotel was...
