Comfort Suites Near Potomac Mills

4/10 Poor

"The breakfast was good and the room was ok. However, you need to ask to get your room cleaned. This was not noted at check-in. When the room was cleaned, they did a great job. Our AC was broken for the duration of the trip. They provided us with fans, but they do not have maintenance Friday-Sunday. The windows don't open, so it was very uncomfortable. We were not offered to move to another room."

"Just know you're paying solely for the proximity to the beach, and can walk to restaurants. The hotel itself is nothing special at all, but clean enough and safe. It was not built broadside to the water so it's a missed opportunity to have a real water view or sunrise. You're overpaying for the hotel itself which is basic but they don't have many competitors (one) in town."

"I live about an hour away, but since I had three days of training at Quantico, I didn’t want to make the trip home and back each morning, so I decided to book a hotel. I was torn between this hotel and one located right up the street, but ultimately, I chose this one, and I’m so glad I did. Everything was perfect. The building was clean and modern, and the staff, especially April, was warm and welcoming. My room was spacious and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Additionally, there was free breakfast, and a welcome-back meal in the evening that included wine, along with 24-hour coffee. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and if I have another training session at Quantico, I will definitely stay here again."
