“ONE NIGHT STAY HELPFUL FRONT DESK”

“The carpets were very grimy and the air conditioner was very outdated. It would go on and off every 20 minutes or so and it is so loud that you cannot hear the tv. It was also disruptive when trying to sleep. The air blows directly on the bed so you get blasted with cold air while you sleep. The outside scenery by the pool lemds itself to a relaxing environment. The breakfast buffet was also good. Not sure I would stay there again due to the dirty carpet and the air conditioner.”

“Nice hotel good food and coffee options.”

“Very good location. Quite clean after renovation. ”

“There are no amenities nearby in walking distance.Only 1 pool for the whole complex. The room could have been cleaner, not enough supplies such as toilet paper,The sliding door did not lock and we found beatals in the room.I don’t think the disruption at the time of booking matches what you actually booked ”

“Calling this a ‘luxury’ listing is a joke. We had cockroaches in our room to which no accommodative action was taken. They would not move us rooms nor was there any monetary compensation given despite multiple pictures and emails about the issue. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Everything was cheap or falling apart - shower rod was falling out of the wall, furniture was stained and had cheap covers on them, patio furniture was a small cheap wooden set that had mold on the table and cushions,...

“It is not on the beach. Pictures misleading….Door was broken, bathtub flooded in minutes and fire alarm would go off when a hot shower was took. Quick to take ur money for early check-in/late check out almost could feel the greed. But nice pool war with amazing bartender and food.”

“Property very neat & clean. Check in challenging due to host communication via email rather than text. Was standing outside my room at 3pm (check in is 4) . While standing outside I was asked to Venmo $20 for extra hour. That process (via email) took 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but with a quest at the door it was a little off putting. Otherwise the property was lovely and well maintained.”

“Property was kinda of gross. furniture has a bunch of stains and is very old. floor in 1/2 the apartment is spongy and feels like you will fall through. bathroom wasn't to bad but over all I would never stay here again. kitchen sink back up twice into the dishwasher and leaked on the floor the first time. could me nice with a renovation and update ”
