“The hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels! The room itself was spacious, clean and with a gorgeous view of the seafront and pier. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and peaceful. It was spotlessly clean and I was glad to have a kettle and teabags provided. The guest house is a short distance from the seafront and is a good location to walk into the centre of Brighton. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!”

“This property us in Kemptown, above Brighton's Maderia Drive. As such local establishments, such as the Kemp pub, offer great value meals, rather than the more tourist offerings in town. Using Just Park provided reasonably priced parking at a local bingo club, onky a couple of hundred yards away. ”

“It was a cozy and impeccably appointed hotel room. The staff were always friendly and greeted us with smiles. I chose this hotel after checking the ratings on Hotels.com and Google, and there was a good reason for the high rating.”

“Yes shops, bars, restaurants nearby, the room clean with all the facilities you would require from iron & ironing board, plenty tea/coffee, water shower gel, shampoo. Also fast wifi i was in the small double which was so peaceful and hardly heard any noise from others at the property. Charlotte was lovely and wouldn't hesitate in booking here if im in the area again.”
