โWorst accommodation ever!!!
I have travelled many countries and experienced many accommodations.
I wonder how come HOTEL.COM has unqualified accommodation such as MORRIS GUEST HOUSE.
I can give point 1 out of 5,
I can give point 1 out of 10,
I can give point 1 out of 100.
Staying at MORRIS GUEST HOUSE ruined my entire trip in NYC and USA.
1. It is guest house. It must have kind of kitchen equipment.
BUT, there was only a microwave. NO electric kettle. NO gas range etc.

โThe staff, especially Winzell were super helpful. She helped my & my kids with my room and switching my room when I needed an upgrade. She helped me get checked in early too. My room was very nice & super clean. The water pressure in our bathrooms was fantastic! The bathrooms were very, very nice-spacious. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning to the hotel. The parking was great too! It comes with your room and they just give you a pass to display in your car. My only...
โAt first, the room was prepared for someone else, room service drink did not come as ordered, the cafe had terrible wait on the food(both breakfast and lunch), and no apologies from the staff. The individual components are good but the service connection needs major improvements.โ
โThe location was fabulous for a student to move in CUIMC. I stayed before settling down with my dorm. It is just 10 min away by walk and has beautiful view. I really enjoy my stay and I would definitely recommend this to everyone who comes to visit me. โ
โThis is an iconic hotel in nyc so I had high expectations. The hotel was nice in general, but it took an hour to change my room (bellman didn't show up for an hour) and front desk hung up on my phone call ( I heard they were very busy due to many check-ins ). I don't expect this kind of service for the five star hotel with exceptionally high rate.โ
"It was a place where you could taste various breads and friendly staff. It was great because it was close to the subway and not too far from Manhattan."
