"I always enjoy staying at this hotel for its convenience. The staff are consistently pleasant and accommodating, especially for a property tucked away in the Bronx. My only suggestion would be to vary the breakfast options a couple of times during the week adding items like omelets would be a great touch 😊"

"Good evening, I am writing to formally report an issue that occurred during my attempted check-in on May 3rd at approximately 9:15–9:20 PM. I initially arrived without a reservation and was advised by the night manager on duty to complete my booking online. At no point during this interaction was I informed of any restrictions, policies, or circumstances that would prevent me from being checked in after doing so. Relying on this guidance, I immediately made a reservation online and was charged $170. When I returned to the front desk, I was then denied service. I was also told that statements were made that I did not make, which added to the confusion and concern about how the situation was handled. Additionally, the interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. As a result, I incurred a charge for a reservation that I was unable to use due to conflicting information provided by staff. I am requesting: 1. A full refund of the amount charged 2. A review of this incident, including staff conduct and communication practices I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution. Thank you."

"Had some issues with our room not being ready 15 mins after checkin time, had to wait another 15 mins, then they tried to give me a room with 2 queen beds instead of a king bed, they tried to fix it but the King room wasn't ready still I had I had to wait another 20 mins. Once we got our room it was nice and clean, small but great location next to broadway theaters and times square. Would recommend others give it a shot."

"Staff was great and the room was perfect. They are still working through the opening so the pool wasn’t open yet and the restaurant is still being built out. Great location in Harlem and close to subway and buses to get around town. "

"The mattress had stains that should be deep clean and removed. There should be a second mirror in the room versus exclusively in the washroom. Tv had a weird glob stain on it. Staff were helpful, lots of restaurants near by and subway."

"I was really impressed when I went to the bathroom and discovered disabled assets for people with disabilities or seniors. Wow what a wonderful edition to the hotel. I must say they are doing a wonderful job with this hotel. They really deserve excellence."

"Hotel was is poorly located. Too far away from... everything, and very noisey. But overall my stay was ok. The place was clean and smelled fresh."
