โWorst accommodation ever!!!
I have travelled many countries and experienced many accommodations.
I wonder how come HOTEL.COM has unqualified accommodation such as MORRIS GUEST HOUSE.
I can give point 1 out of 5,
I can give point 1 out of 10,
I can give point 1 out of 100.
Staying at MORRIS GUEST HOUSE ruined my entire trip in NYC and USA.
1. It is guest house. It must have kind of kitchen equipment.
BUT, there was only a microwave. NO electric kettle. NO gas range etc.
You...
โWe originally booked a stay at the melrose but ended up getting upgraded to a suite at the hotel next door (The Opera House Hotel) it was really nice and clean and affordable!โ
โThe location was fabulous for a student to move in CUIMC. I stayed before settling down with my dorm. It is just 10 min away by walk and has beautiful view. I really enjoy my stay and I would definitely recommend this to everyone who comes to visit me. โ
โAt first, the room was prepared for someone else, room service drink did not come as ordered, the cafe had terrible wait on the food(both breakfast and lunch), and no apologies from the staff. The individual components are good but the service connection needs major improvements.โ
โThis is an iconic hotel in nyc so I had high expectations. The hotel was nice in general, but it took an hour to change my room (bellman didn't show up for an hour) and front desk hung up on my phone call ( I heard they were very busy due to many check-ins ). I don't expect this kind of service for the five star hotel with exceptionally high rate.โ
โFriendly staff. We arrived after flight delays and an eventual flight cancellation. We booked at last minute. Staff was kind and courteous which was helpful especially since we were frustrated and tired.โ
"It was a place where you could taste various breads and friendly staff. It was great because it was close to the subway and not too far from Manhattan."
