“Bedside lamps and outlets didn't work on either side of the bed. On check in no mention of breakfast pass. I had messaged the motel a couple days in advance through Expedia confirmation text received to request a ground level room. Even though the Parking lot wasn't even halfway full, was told no ground level rooms were available.”

“The carpet smelled of cat pee. There was mold in the shower and bathroom. One of the lights didn't work. The only redeeming quality was the helpfulness of the staff.”

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was horrible the bathroom door was broken in two the shower didn't work and the was no way I was getting into a dirty tub. I went to complain to the office she told me she would switch my room. But never did it.”

“Everything looked excellent if not for the horrible smoking odor. Just as I requested, I was told at checkin that I was assigned a no smoking room. But alas for the heavy smoke smell. It was so strong that I had to protect myself with masks. By the time of my departure after just one night, my devices and items wore terrible smelling. At checkout I reported the horrible smoking issues and was told that it must have been the last user. I wonder why the room was not inspected prior to assigning...
