“Stayed here because of the exceptional ratings. But my experience was not all that great. Stayed here an entire week and my room didn’t get tended to until the day before we left. “방에 들어서자마자 락스냄새가 진동하고 그 냄새는 아침까지 빠지지않음. 방을 1층에 배정해줬는데 세탁실과 직원사무실으로지나가는 방으로 굳이 여기로 꼭 배정해야했나 싶을만큼 별로. 창문도 1층이라 블라인드를 걷어도 무슨 가림막같은걸로 막혀있었고.창문쪽에 환풍기 실외기가 놓여져있어서 그 기계작동시 소음발생. 샤워기 온수도 시원찮게 작동해서 샤워부스에서 샤워를 해도 추웠고 샤워기헤드도 지저분해보이는데가 물이 제대로 나오지않음. ”

“The hotel was nice, our room was lovely, the restaurant and bar area were very nice. The only problem we encountered was a downed two elevators out of three upon afternoon check-in. It took quite a while to get onto the elevator and up to our room on the 21st floor. My husband went to the fitness center on the top floor and said it was so hot. He could not stay and work out very long.”
