โGreat getaway in Urubamba, Peru. Great place if you want to explore Moray, Maras, Chinchero ruins or plan a trip to Ollantaytambo. Be advised that it's about 2 hours from Cusco. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well.โ
โWe stayed in the hanging glass capsule. What an adventure! However, safety was top priority. Views are amazing. Property is family owned and Eddy, one of the owners, was on site as well as offered zip lining or hiking. We were greeted with local drink then dinner and breakfast were delicious. The capsule has a jacuzzi with unreal views that we took advantage of! Capsule accommodates up to 4 people and is a unique experience Highly recommend for the adventure seeker. โ
โThe hotel is really nice, well located in the center of Ollantaytambo, and easy to walk to other places, including the train station. It was under renovations when we got there, so the restaurant wasnโt available, but they sent breakfast to our room, it was a little loud during the day. I would recommend it for your stay in the heart of the Sacred Valley, Ollantaytambo. โ
โJorge, who is the proprietor is a great host. He made sure we had a comfortable room, answered any questions about Ollantaytambo and is very personable. We had a very good stay and the room was very nice.โ
โStaying at Sierra Sacred Valley was such an incredible experience. I have never stayed at a place where the staff were so invested in and intentional about making sure you are having an amazing vacation. The staff is incredibly welcoming and eager to tell you about the area, surrounding areas, and history.
After hearing about a bunch of options for excursions while Luis prepared a campfire for us, we took a 3-hour hike with Luis, in which he explained Inca traditions and customs of the area....
โThe property is a stunning place located approximately ten minutes from downtown, with convenient access provided by the hotel's complimentary shuttle service. During our stay, we traveled with a group of seven, including four children. Each morning began wonderfully with the complimentary breakfast served in the aesthetically pleasing restaurant and surrounding area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. โ

โThis was a lovely boutique hotel with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Very accommodating staff with a nice breakfast and good information about the town and tour options. The manager took me on a private tour of the Sacred Valley and also woke up extra early to make me breakfast before my Machu Picchu visit. There was no heat in the room but there were plenty of warm blankets to keep you comfortable. I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler and would highly recommend...
