"Very nice staff. The staff make up for the other areas in the hotel. For the price can’t beat it. Hotel does need maintenance with new floors but then again for the price it’s understandable now with that being said it’s not like the floors are horrible and there falling apart but they do either need a deep cleaning or possible new ones. Overall 7.4/10 hotel still good."

"Overall GREAT hotel if you go with one of the suits. Bed was king size, deep/big tub in bathroom (im 6'2 or 74in). The area didnt seem to be good for visitors due to everything looking like residential homes. This is not the place to stay if you want to party/club/drink all night. However, romantic get away.... YES!"

"Do not recommend if traveling alone as hotel is hidden on a very dark street which my taxi could not find so I had to walk around to find it. Also it does not appear to be a proper hotel but a small apt building converted but did not expect much considering it is a budget hotel. Room was clean but hallways were dark and did not seem clean."

"The room was just as advertised. The staff was very responsive when communicating via the Expedia app. Location was ideal as public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop was right next to the hotel). "Staff were pleasant and helpful. We were able to buy washing powder in single packs from the desk which was handy. The room was very clean and the bins and towels were serviced daily with the beds changed every two days. For two people the suite was pretty spacious. The appliances (hair dryer, microwave, washing machine and dryer) all worked well. Best part was the location. Close enough to two stations of the different lines we needed, it was also easy to wander back from places like Gyeongbokgung Palace. I’d definitely stay again. "
