"For starters my room had black mold in the bathroom shower my bestfriend had large water bugs. It took 2 days to accommodate. The last night we had a crab outside our door climbing the wall. The food was good, Cool entertainment. The bar was cool too. The website advertises free shuttle from the airport however it’s actually $70 round trip. Room service and the luggage guys were great until the last day. We called early morning for room service they kept hanging up on me. I called and ask for help 2.5 hrs before checkout with our luggage no one showed, we found someone outside and asked for help they told us we could walk."
