Hotel wasn’t too bad. Rooms are quite small but comfortable. Breakfast was great. Had some issues with the card key. Got deactivated several times.

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel. We really recommend it! The staff was amazing, the location in front of the beach in Bocagrande is a big plus, and the food was fantastic.

Our stay was very good, and the highlight was the extraordinary effort of the staff, for a variety of reasons. The most significant was the city water was shut down for 18 hours and the staff made every effort to minimize the major inconvenience.
