โEverything was amazing about this property except I had a few incidents with some of the front desk staff. The cleaning crew was extremely amazing and nice.and also they put at the wrong room for the same price.that was not pleasant at all โ
โI stayed at Cinco Quintas Hotel in Cartagena while celebrating my birthday, and it was such a memorable experience! The staff was so nice and friendly, and they went out of their way to make my special day and the entire trip unforgettable. Andrea and Eric were especially wonderful.
