"The rooms were very dirty. The heater didn't work in one of the rooms. And the plumbing made very loud noises when taking a shower. We checked in Friday (12/12/25) at 9pm, but, checked out Saturday (12/13/25) at 9am. Even though we had originally booked for 2 days. Expedia credited back the one day we did not stay. Thank you, Expedia. We ended up going to another hotel."

"It's located in a part of SF with homeless people everywhere. We didn't realize there are not bathrooms in the room...This is a hostel more than a hotel. I didn't shower because I didn't know where it was, but luckily the shared toilet is just down the hall. I was locked outside at 3am for over an hour because I couldn't get inside. I wasn't told the scan the key outside above the door to open it after 12am. The rest of the time we were told to buzz in and be let in. I tried calling to be let...
