“Everyone was great and the property is beautiful.”

“The hotel and property were not as advertised. There is no air conditioning on site in any building used by guests. We were forced to seek other lodgings after a termite swarm invaded both rooms, the pool, dining area and reception. We paid for two rooms for two nights, and yet were given no partial refund despite our being on site for less than two hours. I do not recommend this hotel, ever.”

“Absolute GORGEOUS many-acre property in the jungle. Living luxurious while in an an unspoiled area of jungle with 5 star service, F & B. I'm not sure how vacations get any better. Awesome pool for our 2 kids, too! 6 star experience. ”

“When we arrived we were met by Leo who was our contact for the entire stay. He was our bartender, waiter, and tour guide. Leo made our vacation memorable, he went above and beyond. The resort was beautiful and all the employees where friendly and did everything to make sure we were comfortable and happy. When we go back to San Ignacio we will be staying at this resort again. The food was amazing.”

“The property and House was clean and cool with AC! The staff was so much fun and thoughtful! We learned so much from Alfred and Dwight throughout our stay! We also did the big zip lines, repelling, and tight rope which was fun and beautiful! There is lots to do around the resort and it’s close to so many beautiful sights!”

“The property was gorgeous and very clean. The outdoor pool with a jungle view was breathtaking. Plenty of space and everything was very modern. Their chef makes a delicious breakfast and everything is fresh. The assistant manager Tiffani was truly amazing she helped with everything from beginning to end.
