โThis hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on.
When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on....
โHotel is clean , my room is cozy .
Electric radiator was equiped in my room. Thus , I had warming Morning of Cusco.
I picked me up to Cusco international airport .

โExcelente servicio, todos muy amables, estรก muy cรฉntrico, fรกcil acceso, todo queda cerca caminando a plaza de armas y sus alrededores, me volverรญa a hospedar aquรญ sin duda.โ
โGood hotel in a great location, very clean with friendly staff. I had altitude sickness, and the staff, especially Erica, went out of their way to help me through it. A nice bonus was that on the day we had to leave at 5 AM for an excursion, they prepared a breakfast box for us. On our last day, they also allowed us a late check-out (for a small surcharge), which was very convenient. The only downside was that, for some reason, the bathroom had a bad smell. Other than that, everything was great...
โThe Rumi Punku is a gem, a real oasis in the middle of busy Cusco. There is a gate that is staffed by a security guard, so guests feel safe right from the start. The front desk staff were outstanding, answering questions and pointing out amenities. Tea and filtered water are available 24 hours. The breakfast offered many selections including breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and eggs cooked to order. A delightful place to stay when exploring Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. โ
โBook the stay!! This was the best stay Iโve ever had! From the massages ($25 usd or 90 soles) to AMAZING food, to the inside pool, the sauna, to the staff, everything was flawless!โ
