"El hotel está bien para pasar la noche. No cerca de las zonas turísticas lo que permite un mejor descanso. Si se movilizan con equipaje se accesa bien en Tuktuk. A escasos 500 metros de la calle de las sombrillas. Desayuno adecuado. Leí que son una ONG que apoya a familias que necesitan hogar, y eso es muy bueno."

"This hotel has been around since 1988 but it has maintained a high level of excellence. In fact, the age of the hotel gives it more pizazz than many of the newer once. The rooms look out on the lake or over the pool. The restaurant is very pleasant with excellent servers and the food is very good with a good menu selection. The bar is also worthy of note. Breakfast was included and was one of the best I have had in Guatemala."

"Todo muy bien con las instalaciones y la habitación muy limpia. El personal sumamente atento con las necesidades como huespédes. Se nota que las instalaciones se han venido renovando. Únicamente como sugerencia, sería bueno implementar cambios en el sistema de ventanas para evitar que ruidos exteriores afecten el ambiente de la habitación, en especial cuando en fines de semana hay alguna celebración en alguno de los salones del hotel. Por lo demás todo genial."
