“My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

“The place is next to a garage shop. There is dirt and garbage pretty much all around. Full of mosquitoes. For the price that you pay unequivocally not worth it. And the Internet Wi-Fi does not work. I would not stay again.”

“Sehr gute Kommunikation per WhatsApp App, alles super funktioniert. Auch die Anmeldung unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Super Aussicht und Pool. Man fährt einen Schotterweg ca. 2 km lang, mit den meisten Autos gut erreichbar. Wohnung ist typisch toskanisch und hat alles nötige drin. ”

“Lovely apartment in the heart of Lucca. In historical town there is no elevators in houses so be prepared to climb few steps to reach the flat. However, it's something what anyone with healthy legs and back can do. Instructions to get inside the building were clear and simple. There is a fans on the bedroom roof . Apartment itself is nice, clean and recently furnished. If someone is afraid about noice coming inside from out, I would say it's nothing extraordinary comparing to similar cities...

“Accueil assez froid, très peu de contact avec les propriétaires et lorsque nous avions demandé du papier toilette, nous avons eu le droit à un grand coût de colère. Oui c'est une location mais les serviettes de toilettes et le papier hygiénique doivent être fourni non. Ma plus grande surprise, ce fut : une semaine avant notre arrivée dans ce logement Flavia, j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de payé 100 € pour les frais de ménage de fin de séjour. A payé avant notre arrivée... 100 € c'est abusé...
