“The hotel decoration is not in my favorite style, but the staff is so welcoming and helpful that I would consider staying again at this hotel. They are a lot more professional than some of the staff at a nearby Marriott property.”

“Accommodating, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, location superb for easy reach inside Lucca walls, quirky and not your run of the mill small hotel. Breakfast best we've ever had and we're frequent travellers. Hosts fantastic. Bed and room comfortable. Highly recommend.”

“Tutto bene. Personale professionale e attento. Camera grande e pulita. Buona la colazione buffet.”

“This unique hotel is not to be missed! A truly beautiful gem in Montecarlo, a delightful place. The hotel is 100% charm, you will not find an athmosphere like this easy again. Big rooms, lots of space. & the breakfast…. Our best in Italy. Francesca is unbelievable! Really. We have never ever experienced such care and service from a hotel owner ever. Before we arrived, she sent us suggestion which we followed & will never forget! There was a train strike when we were there, Francesca orginazed...
