"Well the Hotel was closed. I had to look it up on the website, find a phone number and call the owner. She could tell me the hotel was closed for winter but she had an other hotel in town called Hotel Platani Bolsena. We chose the first hotel to sit on the balcony with a drink overlooking the lake in the sunset. The sun went down and we ended up in ordinary rooms at a doll hotel with veer bad breakfast. "Great location, friendly staff, beautiful pool. Perfect spot to stay if you are renting a car. Very nice that they stock the fridge with wine from their winery, if you drink them you pay at checkout, this was a nice touch. They also gave us a complimentary bottle at checkout which was unexpected and lovely! Low key pretty sure our condo was haunted, but cannot confirm, haha "

"Very good welcome and services. Fabulous restaurant. Very nice and pretty decoration and garden. But noisy and no cooling devise in bedroom so have to open window on the road side so very noisy. Pity because with cooling device it would have been almost perfect."
