Never find the hotel

I drove 2 hours, following the address and GPS references, by dusty and lonely roads but no one knows about this hotel and there were no signs, at sunset of December 31st I have to go to the town and try to find were to sleep, and the worst was that it was fully paid. Was a bad experience.

Hotel agradable y muy lindo

El personal muy amable, el hotel es muy bonito y la vista nos encantó. Es un lugar algo alejado del pueblo pero vale la pena la distancia. La unica observación es que el hotel no respeto el desayuno incluido en el precio que pagamos y nos hicieron el cargo aparte.

Hotel agradable, con bonita vista y buena atención

Estuve una noche en este hotel el cual se encuentra a 10 minutos del centro de San Miguel, el lugar es tranquilo, con una vista hermosa en donde se puede descansar y pasar un buen rato, la atención del personal fue muy buena. Un lugar de solo 8 habitación y muy cómodo. Nosotros estuvimos en la suite presidencial la cual es muy amplia, cuenta con 2 cuartos, una tipo sala. Lo recomiendo bastante.

Buena opcion

En general es una muy buena opción para visitar San Miguel de Allende, el hotel queda a 10 minutos del centro en auto. Solo les recomendaría revisar las camas, no era Queen tal cual, eran 2 individuales juntas y la división fue incómoda

Simplemente Excelente

Buen servicio, habitación limpia y en perfectas condiciones, el lugar esta perfecto para relajarse y muy cerca de la ciudad, la única sugerencia es que pongan mas señalamientos. Volvería sin lugar a dudas.

Alberca sucia, cuartos pequeños, decepcionante

La descripción en Expedia no corresponde con lo que recibes, los cuartos son pequeños y sin tina cuando en la descipción dice que todos tienen tina. La alberca ni siqueira estaba funcionando, las camas son matrimoniales y prometen king size, la comida es mala. Lo único bueno es el servicio de la gente que te recibe.

Excelente hotel, tranquilidad ante todo.

Excelente lugar, muy tranquilo, perfecto para una escapada romántica, la habitación muy amplia, con baño, y jacuzzi impecables, la ubicación es algo distante del centro, debes llevar vehículo para moverte con facilidad y no hay tantos señalamientos para llegar pero con el GPS de tu movil no deberías tener problemas. Uno de los mejores hoteles en San Miguel, recomendado.

Way too far from town to show up in search results

The facilities were new, but the swimming pools were muddy and vial, the beds are terrible, and it is in the middle of nowhere. Taxi drivers had never even heard of it. Also the increased taxi cost more than made up for any price savings. Lobby ... Full of flies

8部屋しかないので規模はこじんまりでアットホームな雰囲気。のんびりするには良いと思います。朝食のメニューは普通ですが、夕食も朝食と同じ程のメニュー数で少ないと感じます。でも美味しいです。湯船はジャグジー付きで良かったですが、お湯がたまるのに時間がかかります。

El lugar esta increíble, los cuartos muy amplios y bonitos lo único que impide que este lugar sea grandioso es la falta de profesionalismo del staff, siempre que te atienden parece que te están haciendo un favor y son poco amigables

Problemas con el agua en los baños

No hubo agua en el baño toda la noche ni la mitad de la mañana. Lo reportamos al encargado y lo soucionaron. Nos regalaron una botella de vino por los inconvenientes.

Resumiendo : Fantástico ideal para descansar , San Miguel de Allende esta cerquita la única pega es la entrada por la carretera debería estar mejor señalizada, por lo demás nos encanto el lugar.

Placer y relajación

La estancia en general estuvo muy bien, fuimos mi esposa, mi hija y yo, muy tranquilo todo, los empleados muy amables, jóvenes y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Aunque pareciera que está lejos del centro en realidad en auto solo nos hicimos 15 minutos mas o menos. El restaurante no tiene mucha variedad, pero lo suficiente para un buen desayuno. LA relación calidad precio es un nivel normal de lo que cuesta un platillo en cualquier restaurante. El único detalle es que por la temporada la habitación estaba muy fría. Recomiendo que ofrezcan algún calefactor por lo menos portatil

Hotel super tanquilo y agradable

En general super acogedor, tanquilo, comida deliciosa, estacionamiento amplio, limpieza excelente y la privacidad entre habitaciones de primera, solo una cosa le pongo pero, la regadera de la suite jr esta muy abajo yo mido 1.76 y tenia que agacharme para meter la cabeza a bañarme jajaja fuera de eso todo bien hermoso 100% recomendable.

El hotel lo malo es que esta muy escondido y como a 10 minutos de San Miguel sobre todo por la noche es dificil ubicar poco personal y mal capacitado , lo bueno esta limpio y muy tranquilo.

Una botina hacienda lejos del ruido

La hacienda es muy bonita y conserva todo el encanto de la construcción tradicional, está un poco retirada, lo que es bueno para la tranquilidad, pero un poco difícil de encontrar, mi consejo llegar antes de la caída de la tarde.

Adecuado para el descanso

La comodidad y tranquilidad de la zona del hotel es muy buena, el servicio del personal excelente, así como la limpieza y estado de las habitaciónes..es único punto a considerar es la ubicación ya que se debe tomar un tramo de carretera para poder llegar.

Buen lugar para desconectarse un par de días

El lugar está lejos del bullicio que son las trampas de turistas de San Miguel, aún así estás a unos diez minutos si necesitas ir a los sitios a donde van todos. No hay Internet en los cuartos, lo que me parece una cualidad y una ventaja. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, lo mismo pasa con el baño, las únicas quejas que tendría es que un ventilador sería muy bienvenido (para no usar una unidad de Aire acondicionado), y el encontrar el modo con el agua caliente es un reto, o sale muy fría o muy caliente. Lleva tu traje de baño, repelente de insectos, y una que otra botana para que no tengas que estar saliendo a cada momento.
