“부모님께서 연세가 있으셔서 패키지 여행은 힘들 것 같아 2달 정도 준비하여 부모님을 모시고 장가계 자유여행을 다녀왔습니다. 가장 중요하게 알아본 게 호텔이었는데 무릉원구에서 가장 좋은 5성급 호텔로 2개가 있었습니다. 여러 후기를 참고하여 최종적으로 풀만호텔을 선택하였는데 이번 장가계 여행에서 가장 잘 한 일이 풀만 호텔을 선택한 것이었습니다. 시설이야 후기를 통해 많이 봐서 좋을 거라고 예상했는데 호텔 직원들이 기대 이상으로 친절하고 세심하여 큰 행운이었습니다. 모든 직원이 상냥하고 친절하였고 그 중에서도 저에게 큰 도움을 준 것은 영어를 말하는 Tina와 Julia, 그리고 현지 정보를 잘 알고 있는 Evan이었습니다. 매일 그 3명과 함께 그날 일정과 가는 방법 등에 대해서 의논하고 조언을 들었는데 오랜 시간 동안 고민해주고 애써주는 모습에 큰 감명을 받았습니다. 한번은 장가계 시내 쪽에서 천문호선쇼를 보고 밤 11시쯤에 호텔로 돌아와야 했는데 택시를 못 잡으면 어떡하나 하는...

“The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend. ”

“Great small boutique hotel. David and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and with state of the art technology. They picked us up from the train station and they also take you to the (east) entrance to the national forest which is only 3 minutes away. They will also arrange all of the tickets. ”
