“The pool/beach area was amazing! The poolside service was awesome. My only concern was me a senior and friend staying with me a senior were assigned a 4 th floor room with no elevator. It took almost an hour to find a space that had an elevator. Jared the security guy was so helpful. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia. Loved the resort not the service or convenience ”

“Both the staff and resort were wonderful. Very clean place. Staff at the hotel, restaurants and pool were all very sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend this resort for families as the units are spacious, have full kitchens, and an outdoor screened in porch. The only negative was that the beach chairs are not included in the stay. You would need to rent them daily or by the week or get your own beach chairs and umbrellas from a local shop and bring them to the beach. Even with that...

“The customer service was excellent and the property had great amenities such as bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and a Tiki Bar with great food. The rooms were very simple (could use some more decor)but very clean and comfortable. ”

“As with most places on Sanibel, this is a family-run small business and they are eager to please. This was the perfect location for our family to call home for a week, was right next door to a family-run convenience store, across the street from ice cream, dining & shopping, and on the main thoroughfare to get to everything else on the island via car.
