"Hotel next to a large shopping center that has everything you might need. Restaurants, Wine,
Grocery store, spa, clothes plus more just a block away. Plus right next to the cruise ship. We got in late due to delays at the airport, but were able to get a wonderful dinner right at the hotel. Service was wonderful. Breakfast the next morning had lots of choices so that everyone was happy. Will stay there again. "

"The resort is showing its age. Hallways always had garbage next rooms, and needed a good vacuuming. One of the two elevators were out of commission the entire week. Rooms were cleaned every day but could have been cleaner. Staff was very friendly and attentive when needed. "

"Pool seating completely inadequate. More than half the lounges are so low to the ground that it is extremely difficult to get up and down from them and there are not enough. We were there two hours on a Friday afternoon and never were able to get a lounge. Waited in the shade on a couch. Considering the $49 per day resort fee this is outrageous. "

"I recently stayed at Sonesta after my cruise and it was perfect. It was clean, beds were comfy. They even have a restaurant on site so we didn’t have to go anywhere and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely be staying here again next time I’m in FLL."
