The door didn’t feel safe. I wasn’t sure I was locked in and the tub had some hair in it and the microwave wasn’t clean. It didn’t feel like it was in a safe neighborhood and the door inside the hotel that was adjoining another room wasn’t clear if it was locked I just didn’t feel very safe.

At first sight and picturewise, the place looks good. However; upon arrival, the picture shows a totally different environment. This place certainly serves it purpuse, but otherwise, i would have not chosen for my stay.

Monica and Heather are so kind! Monica always goes above and beyond for all of the guests I saw her helping others many times. When I needed the tv and bathroom light fixed, Dino was great to help. There is a washer and dryer for guests to use which is so helpful.

We canceled our reservation after seeing our room, the area and clientele seemed unsafe. Our room was not well kept and the tub was dirty. The night security officer was very helpful and refunded our money.

Only one set of towel in each rooms? Rooms smelled like ashtray. Bed sheets were dirty that I had to sleep with my own towel to lay down. Do not use this place!

Do not recommend

Horrible.... We went to our room and turned around to ask for a refund. This hotel has long term residence, not corporate. They were hanging over the railings, drinking in the parking lot and hallways. The parking lot was full. We felt very unsafe.
