“Checked in and went straight to the rom to check it out and it was poorly cleaned by house keeping. Went back down to the desk and he gave us keys to another room that wasn’t any better so much so that there was feces still on the toilet. I went down and asked to be refunded. At first I was told to take it up with Expedia and then he did the refund and just told me to follow up with Expedia that he wouldn’t fight my refund after having someone go up and check both rooms out for themselves. ...

“The place was nice I luv the kitchen part but the bed tho I wasn’t happy I asked for a king size bed I ended up with a twin size bed smh I would recommend it but they need to do better on their bed issue my back was hurting in the morning”

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...
