"The Contessa was a nice hotel, clean, and smelled good upon entry. The hotel also offered direct access to the riverwalk which was great! However, Please note that there is a 75$ per night incidental charge that I wasn’t aware of and there’s a 60$ plus tax a night valet parking fee. There is no public parking."
"Clean comfy room, and super helpful staff. The amenities in the room were just okay and the rooms were very thin walled so could hear a lot of things in the hallway and other rooms."

"will definitely stay at this hotel again. They were quite busy but still very acommodating and kind. I'm in an electric wheelchair and there was nowhere on the property that I could not get to. I also have a service dog and the dog park was wonderful and my dog approved of it too."
